As a Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant and Postpartum Doula with over a decade of experience, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families achieve restful, restorative sleep for their little ones. With a bachelor’s degree in early childhood care and education, I’ve honed my expertise in understanding the unique developmental needs of infants and children, allowing me to provide personalized sleep strategies that truly work.
Now, as a new mother to my little boy, my passion for sleep science and child development has taken on an even deeper, personal meaning. I understand firsthand the challenges of balancing sleepless nights with the joys of motherhood, which drives me to support other families in finding peace and rest during this special (and sometimes exhausting!) time.
When I’m not working my sleep magic or soaking up precious moments with my son, you can find me outdoors, recharging with a hike, or enjoying some quiet time. And on Sundays, I’m all about indulging in self-care and Netflix, because finding balance—just like with sleep—is essential to wellness.

My Prenatal to 16 Weeks Package is designed to provide expectant and new parents with the guidance and support they need to establish a healthy sleep foundation for their newborns. My 4 month (age adjusted) to 6 years packages are designed to address common sleep challenges as well as establish healthy sleep habits.
